1. Scheduling and Appointments

All cleaning services are scheduled in advance based on availability. The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property, requested services, and any special instructions that may affect the cleaning.

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested dates and times; however, availability is not guaranteed until the appointment is confirmed.

2. Service Frequency

Cleaning services may be scheduled as one-time or recurring services.

Recurring service options include:

Weekly
Every two weeks
Every four weeks

The frequency and price of recurring services will be agreed upon with the Client before service begins.

3. Payment Methods

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service accepts payment only by:

Debit card
Credit card
Zelle

Payment arrangements must be made using one of these approved methods.

4. Payment Due

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available when payment is due.

5. Cancellations With 24 Hours or More Notice

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without a cancellation fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

We appreciate as much advance notice as possible so that the appointment time may be offered to another Client.

6. Cancellations With Less Than 24 Hours Notice

If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price may be charged.

7. Last-Minute Cancellations

If a cancellation occurs at the last minute, including when our personnel are already traveling to the property, have arrived at the property, or cannot gain access because of circumstances within the Client's control, the Client may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

8. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Client's requested new date; however, the same date, time, or cleaning personnel cannot be guaranteed.

Applicable cancellation fees may apply depending on when the rescheduling request is made.

9. Property Access

The Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Access may be provided through a key, door code, garage code, lockbox, or another method agreed upon in advance.

If our personnel cannot access the property because the Client failed to provide working or accurate access information, the appointment may be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

10. Pets

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service is happy to provide cleaning services in homes with pets.

For the safety of the Client's pets and our personnel, pets that may interfere with the cleaning process or display aggressive or unpredictable behavior should be safely secured during the service.

The Client should inform us in advance of any special instructions regarding pets.

11. Safety

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service reserves the right to decline, stop, or modify a service when conditions at the property present a reasonable health or safety risk to our personnel.

This may include hazardous materials, unsafe structural conditions, excessive biological waste, aggressive animals, pest infestations, or other conditions outside the scope of standard cleaning services.

12. Fragile Items

Clients should secure valuable, fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable items before the cleaning appointment.

The Client should notify Happy Freedom Cleaning Service of any items requiring special handling or areas that should not be cleaned.

13. Pre-Existing Damage

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, deterioration, improper installation, defective materials, or pre-existing conditions.

When appropriate, pre-existing conditions may be documented before or during the service.

14. Damage During Service

If accidental damage occurs during a cleaning service, the Client should notify Happy Freedom Cleaning Service as soon as reasonably possible.

Each situation will be reviewed individually. We will investigate the circumstances and work with the Client toward a fair and reasonable solution based on the facts of the situation.

15. Customer Satisfaction

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service is committed to providing professional and quality cleaning services.

If the Client is not satisfied with an area that was included in the agreed scope of service, the Client must contact us within 24 hours after completion of the service.

We will review the concern and determine an appropriate follow-up based on the circumstances.

16. Recurring Services

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service offers recurring cleaning services according to the frequency agreed upon with each Client, including:

Weekly
Every two weeks
Every four weeks

Recurring service pricing is based on the selected frequency, size and condition of the home, and scope of service.

If the Client requests a change in service frequency, the price may be adjusted to reflect the new frequency. Any price change will be communicated before the applicable future service.

If a significantly longer period than scheduled occurs between cleanings because of cancellations, rescheduling, or service interruptions requested by the Client, the home may require additional work. The Client will be informed of any necessary price adjustment before additional work is performed.

Recurring services may be modified or canceled by contacting Happy Freedom Cleaning Service, subject to our cancellation policy.

17. Weather, Emergencies, Holidays, and Rescheduling

The safety of our Clients and personnel is a priority.

Hazardous weather, emergencies, illness, transportation issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may require Happy Freedom Cleaning Service to delay, cancel, or reschedule an appointment.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will contact the Client and arrange a new service date.

If Happy Freedom Cleaning Service cancels or reschedules an appointment, the Client will not be charged a cancellation fee for that change.

In severe weather or hazardous travel conditions, Happy Freedom Cleaning Service reserves the right to determine whether it is safe to travel and perform the service.

18. Privacy and Confidentiality

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service respects the privacy of its Clients and will take reasonable measures to protect information provided for the purpose of delivering our services.

Client information, including name, address, telephone number, email address, access instructions, door or alarm codes, and other service-related information, will be used only for legitimate business purposes such as scheduling, communication, providing services, billing, and recordkeeping.

Property access information will be shared only with authorized personnel who need the information to perform the service.

When photographs are reasonably necessary to document pre-existing conditions, damage, service-related concerns, or completed work, they will be used for legitimate documentation purposes.

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service will not use identifiable photographs of the interior of a Client's home for advertising or promotional purposes without the Client's prior permission.

Client personal information will not be sold to third parties.

19. Respectful Conduct Toward Our Personnel

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service is committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for our Clients and personnel.

Threats, intimidation, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, inappropriate physical contact, sexual comments or conduct, or other behavior that may reasonably endanger, intimidate, or disrespect our personnel will not be tolerated.

If a situation occurs that our personnel reasonably consider threatening, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate, Happy Freedom Cleaning Service may stop the service and leave the property immediately.

Depending on the severity or recurrence of the situation, Happy Freedom Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue future services.

20. Termination of Service and Outstanding Balances

The Client may request termination of future recurring services by contacting Happy Freedom Cleaning Service. Appointments already scheduled remain subject to our cancellation policy.

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service relationship for legitimate business or safety reasons, including:

Failure or delay in payment
Repeated last-minute cancellations
Recurring problems accessing the property
Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
Incorrect or incomplete information that significantly affects the service
Threatening, abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward our personnel
Repeated failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions

Termination of future services does not eliminate the Client's responsibility to pay for services already performed, applicable cancellation fees, or other previously disclosed and validly owed charges.

21. Client Communications

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and current contact information.

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service may communicate with the Client by telephone, text message, email, or through our business management system regarding confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, estimates, invoices, payments, and other service-related matters.

The Client should promptly notify us of changes to contact information, property access instructions, or other information relevant to the service.

22. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Happy Freedom Cleaning Service may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our policies, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When a change is material to an existing recurring service, Happy Freedom Cleaning Service will provide reasonable notice before the change applies to future services.

No modification is intended to eliminate or restrict rights that cannot legally be modified by these Terms & Conditions.

23. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Move-In and Move-Out cleaning services are performed according to the condition of the property, the contracted scope of service, and the approved estimate.

For best results, the property should be reasonably empty and the areas to be cleaned should be accessible when our team arrives, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

If furniture, boxes, personal belongings, excessive trash, or other conditions significantly interfere with the service or require work beyond the originally agreed scope, Happy Freedom Cleaning Service will inform the Client before performing additional work or applying an additional charge.

Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning does not include repairs, restoration, moving heavy items, removal of large quantities of trash, or other specialized work unless expressly included in the approved estimate.

24. Tips

Tips for our personnel are always optional and are never required as part of the cleaning service.

If the Client wishes to provide a tip in recognition of the service received, the Client may do so voluntarily.

The decision whether or not to provide a tip will not affect the quality, care, or professionalism of the service provided by Happy Freedom Cleaning Service.

25. Add-On Services

Certain services are considered add-on services and are not included in the standard cleaning price unless specifically included in the approved estimate.

Add-on services may include:

Cleaning inside the refrigerator
Cleaning inside the oven
Cleaning inside cabinets

These services are charged separately. The Client should request any desired add-on services in advance whenever possible so that sufficient time can be scheduled.

Any applicable additional charge will be communicated to the Client before the add-on service is performed.

26. Automatic Payments

For the convenience of our Clients, Happy Freedom Cleaning Service may offer the option to set up automatic payments using an authorized debit or credit card.

Automatic payments are optional and require the Client's prior authorization.

When automatic payments are authorized, the approved payment method may be charged for completed cleaning services in accordance with the agreed service price and payment terms.

The Client is responsible for keeping the authorized payment information current and may request to discontinue automatic payments for future services.

Discontinuing automatic payments does not cancel scheduled cleaning services or eliminate any outstanding balance owed for services already provided.

27. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

The Client will have an opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions before contracting for or authorizing a service.

By accepting an estimate, scheduling or authorizing a service, or expressly accepting these Terms & Conditions through the system provided by Happy Freedom Cleaning Service, the Client acknowledges having had an opportunity to review them and agrees to the policies applicable to the contracted service.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the approved estimate and any agreed service instructions, establish the conditions applicable to the corresponding cleaning service.
